I've had the pleasure of traveling on CHAPEL HILL several times in the past 7 or 8 years. I give this car high marks for superb dining, a well-stocked bar, attentive staff, and a relaxed atmosphere in which you can watch the scenic miles roll away. I saw the car at AAPRCO's 2002 convention and noted the owner has done some redecorating and made some significant mechanical improvements in the past two years.

I have been forunate enough to been a guest on the Chapel Hill. The dining, accomodations and the host are well worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone ineterested in a true private car experience.

I had the pleasure of being aboard Chapel Hill some years ago for dinner and a short trip form Washington to Philadelphia as a guest of the owner. The car rides exceptionally well, is clean as a pin and the chef put together a really delicious dinner. The owner is absolutely fastidious on maintenance and Chapel Hill would be a great home for a long trip. The beds are comfortable and the car has an interesting history (the Hutton family).
