The "Pine Tree State" is the chapter's rail ready Pullman car. It is available for charter on rail excursions or company events. The car is the last remaining piece of NHRR rolling stock still in operation on US mainline railroads. She runs extensively throughout the US and Canada and is Amtrak approved to run 110 mph, which she does from time to time! The Pine Tree State is a sleeper-buffet-lounge configured car. It has 5 double sleeping rooms, with sleeping room for 10. the lounge section can handle as many as 20 for day time seating. The car has a buffet kitchen for either full or limited meal service. There is a shower on the car.
